Your Storefront helps couples discover your business, explore your services and get in touch with you.
Your vendor portal includes analytics that help you understand how couples interact with your Storefront. In this guide, we'll explain what the available metrics mean, how to interpret them and what you can do to improve your Storefront.
Where can I find my Storefront analytics?
You can access your statistics through your vendor portal.
- Log in to your vendor account.
- Go to your dashboard or home page.
- Find the analytics or statistics section to view your Storefront's performance.
The metrics available may vary depending on your account.
What do my analytics mean?
Your dashboard may include the following metrics to help you understand how couples interact with your Storefront.
Storefront impressions
Impressions show how many times your Storefront has been viewed. This helps you understand the visibility your business receives on the platform.
An impression does not necessarily mean that a couple will contact you or book your services.
Enquiries received
Enquiries are messages from couples interested in your business. Couples may contact several vendors while planning their wedding, and not every enquiry will result in a booking.
Phone number clicks
This metric shows how many times couples have clicked on the phone number displayed on your Storefront. A click indicates interest in your contact details, but it does not confirm that a phone call took place.
Website clicks
If your membership includes a link to your business website, you may be able to see how many times couples have clicked through to it.
These visits take place outside our platform, so any subsequent interactions may not appear in your Storefront enquiry statistics.
How can I interpret my statistics?
Reviewing your metrics together and comparing them over time can help you identify patterns in how couples interact with your Storefront.
Compare similar periods
Wedding planning activity can vary throughout the year. When comparing your statistics, consider looking at the same month across different years rather than relying only on month-to-month changes.
For example, comparing January this year with January last year may provide more useful context than comparing January with December.
Look at different metrics together
Individual metrics don't always tell the full story. Here are some patterns you might notice:
- High impressions but few enquiries: Couples are viewing your Storefront, but fewer are contacting you. Review your photos, description, services and pricing to make sure they clearly represent your business.
- More enquiries but fewer bookings: Not every couple who contacts you will book your services. Consider reviewing your own business records to understand how many enquiries become confirmed bookings.
- Changes in impressions over time: Your visibility may fluctuate with seasonality, local demand, competition and couples' search behaviour.
These patterns can help you decide what to review, but they don't necessarily indicate a problem with your Storefront or the platform.
How can I improve my Storefront?
Keeping your Storefront complete, accurate and up to date helps couples understand your business and decide whether your services meet their needs.
We recommend regularly reviewing the following:
- Business information: Make sure your location, category and contact details are correct.
- Services and pricing: Keep your offerings and pricing information accurate.
- Description: Explain what makes your business unique and what couples can expect.
- Photos: Use recent, high-quality images that represent your services.
- Availability: Keep your availability information up to date, where this option is available.
Review your analytics regularly to see how your Storefront's activity changes over time. Updating your information can help couples make informed decisions, but it does not guarantee more impressions, enquiries or bookings.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I review my analytics?
Checking your statistics once a month is a useful starting point for understanding changes in your Storefront's activity over time.
Why have my impressions or enquiries decreased?
Your statistics may fluctuate due to seasonality, local demand, competition and changes in couples' search preferences. A decrease does not necessarily mean that your Storefront has a technical issue.
Does receiving more impressions guarantee more enquiries?
No. Impressions show how many times your Storefront has been viewed, but they do not guarantee that couples will contact you or book your services.
Can I calculate my enquiry-to-booking conversion rate?
Yes. If you track your confirmed bookings, you can calculate the percentage of enquiries that result in bookings.
For example, if 4 out of 20 enquiries result in confirmed bookings, your enquiry-to-booking conversion rate is 20%.
You may need to track bookings in your own business records, as enquiries and bookings can happen in different periods.
Can Customer Support analyse my Storefront performance for me?
Your vendor portal provides analytics that you can use to review your Storefront's activity independently.
Our Customer Support team can help you find your statistics, explain available features and investigate possible technical issues. However, we do not provide individual performance reviews, personalised sales analysis or commercial performance forecasts.
What if my statistics are not displaying correctly?
If your analytics appear to be missing or are not working correctly, contact our Customer Support team and describe the issue. We'll investigate possible technical problems.
Remember: Your Storefront analytics help you understand visibility and engagement on the platform. They provide useful information about activity, but cannot predict or guarantee enquiries, sales or bookings.
